Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer success or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Basic technical knowledge to effectively interact with clients in a cybersecurity environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Willing to work remotely and manage tasks independently
