Qualifications

- You need to have 4 to 6 years of work experience.
- It’s better if you’ve worked in operations, back-office, or support roles before.
Required skills
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for creating reports.
- Understand how the whole service process works from start to finish.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Have strong problem-solving skills to handle issues effectively.
- Be a good team player and communicate well with others.
- Be able to write and speak clearly in English.
