Responsibilites
- Contact customers through email and phone to ensure timely payment collection for your assigned accounts.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of accounts, ensuring aging, credits, collections, and uncollectible amounts are properly handled.
- Work closely with internal teams (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Customer Service) and clients to resolve any disputes or queries.
- Keep an eye on high-risk accounts and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Look for ways to improve the customer experience and make the process smoother.
- Help identify and suggest improvements to the accounts receivable process.
- Meet your monthly goals and productivity targets.
- Reconcile complex accounts, paying attention to every detail.
- Prepare and review daily aging reports for your portfolio.
- Develop strategies to address and resolve outstanding payments effectively.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Keep leadership updated on account status and progress.

Who can apply
