About the job

Responsibilites

  • Contact customers through email and phone to ensure timely payment collection for your assigned accounts.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of accounts, ensuring aging, credits, collections, and uncollectible amounts are properly handled.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Customer Service) and clients to resolve any disputes or queries.
  • Keep an eye on high-risk accounts and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Look for ways to improve the customer experience and make the process smoother.
  • Help identify and suggest improvements to the accounts receivable process.
  • Meet your monthly goals and productivity targets.
  • Reconcile complex accounts, paying attention to every detail.
  • Prepare and review daily aging reports for your portfolio.
  • Develop strategies to address and resolve outstanding payments effectively.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Keep leadership updated on account status and progress.

Who can apply
